Transfer of Furniture
REQUIREMENTS:
- Lebanese I.D. or Individual Civil Registry Record (‘Ikhraj Kayd Fardy) or Lebanese Passport.
- Packing list notarised by the State Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
- A written proof of three years residence in Australia (movement record for the past 10 years from the Immigration Department).
- An affidavit from the applicant, showing his/her complete address in Australia and Lebanon and testifying that he/she resided in Australia or outside Lebanon for the last three years (at least) and that he/she intends to reside permanently in Lebanon.
- Fee of A$ 47.00 payable in cash or bank cheque/money order only.
